Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations 
    Once a customer has registered for a PRIME CME event, we cannot accept cancellations. We encourage customers to carefully review their schedule and availability prior to signing up.

  2. No Refunds
    All sales are final. Due to the nature of our events and the effort that goes into their preparation, we cannot offer refunds. If a customer is unable to attend an event, we recommend finding a substitute participant.

  3. Substitutions
    If a customer cannot attend an event, they may transfer their registration to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event for substitutions to be processed.

  4. Event Changes or Cancellations
    PRIME CME reserves the right to alter or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer customers the option to attend a rescheduled event or receive a credit for a future event.
